The behavioral interview will assure that the candidate that is being presented to our client fits both technically and culturally.
Our rigorous pre-screening selection process includes an in-depth phone interview with candidates, followed by calls to at least three professional references and then finally a behavioral interview that was customized to be client and position specific.
The behavioral interview can last up to 3 hours and is conducted by a member of the Human Capital Solutions Management Team.
